Welcome to my website. Most of the graphic design and artwork on this site is recent work that I have done. I have included some rough sketches just to show how some of my ideas are formulated to create a finished design or artwork.
Programming/coding is very satisfying to me. I think many people don’t realize or correlate it with art or as a creative process. To me when you have a blank slate and create something that is visible or becomes a tool and has a function, that is the ultimate in creativity.
As for web development, I studied in the early 2000’s and had employment in different fields after 2007; unfortunately most of my early web design is no longer live. I have been taking courses over the last year both as a refresher for my previous work with HTML, CSS and Javascript and learning different languages as well. I am excited about my studies and really enjoy learning and programming in languages that did not exist when I was in college. One example of my web design is this site and working with WordPress; it is a template that is fully customizable, as such I have been putting my skills to work to make it my own.
Please check back in as I will be populating this site with new examples of web design as I complete different projects. I also will be adding more images of sculptures, photography and paintings/drawings that I have completed.
